Citibank best bank in Tanzania

Citi has emerged as the Best Bank in Tanzania for 2011 for emeafinance, an internationally recognized award presented by the Exporta EMEA Finance Limited based in London; being the third consecutive year that the bank is recognized.

 

In 2009, Citi won emeafinance’s Best Foreign Bank in Tanzania award for its achievements and success.  And in 2010, Citi emerged as the Best Investment Bank in Tanzania for emeafinance.

CCO Tanzania, Jamal Hussein was very ecstatic with the achievements: “Citi Tanzania has won “The Best Overall Bank” in Tanzania for 2011 by EMEA Finance Magazine. Congrats to the entire staff, and the division senior management for their continued support.  This will give us a lot of mileage locally”, said Jamal.
