Bank of Africa (BOA) has donated food, drinks and various education materials to children admitted to CCBRT hospital in Dar es Salaam on Monday.
The Bank’s General Manager for Business Development, Wasia Mushi (pictured charting with kids) told reporters that the handing over of the donation was part of activities to celebrate Easter.
The event was also part of the bank’s Community Social Responsibilities activities, he said adding that they have been doing it every year.
“The Boa bank is seriously touched with many sad things in our community and today it is just a part of our CSR program of getting close to people especially like these who are admitted here,” said Mr Mushi.
“Many of BOA bank’s stuff have also come here to celebrate with children and we have danced, sung as well as eating together with them... and they have become so happy.”
During the celebration children had chance to talk and share happy moments with bank’s staff.
