DSE indices slide on drop of CRDB share price

Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange both indices, slid slightly on Tuesday after CRDB Bank stock price dropped by 1.4 per cent to 138/-.

DSE All Indices (DSEI) closed the day at 1,326.67 points after dropping by 0.61 points while Tanzania Share Index (TSI) closed at 1,239.38 points with a drop of 2.59 points.

However, on Wednesday the bourse recorded an improved activity after turnover climbed to 47.5m/- compared to 33.98m/- of Tuesday but failed to lift indices up.

“All Indices remained flat,” Ms Florasia B., a market analyst with Tanzania Securities, said on the firm’s daily market report.
